DUDE!... I am hella outta shape!.. I think I made it through a third of the exercises on the list and I couldn't go anymore... I ended up jogging a little over a mile and thinking, "how am i going to incorporate the sprinting part of this run?" Answer... UCLA/Suicides... if ya don't know what they are, YouTube it. I cant say a broke any records, but I did do two minutes, and while that's practically nothing... lol It was hell on my quads.
After stumbling back into the gym, i proceeded to work a one minute set of TM push-ups, i worked a minute of mountain climbers, and finished off with squat/shoulder presses. I don't know how I made it back to my apartment.... lol
Now I know this might not sound like a lot, and it isn't, but it was my first workout session and all Ive got is room to improve.... and improve I will!
