GREAT FUCKING WORKOUT... that just about sums it up for Sundays team training session. Ran 3 circuits of 4 exercises for 2 sets each... killer! All in all a great workout game plan by Pomps. If it weren't for his dedication and careful planning, I don't think I could've got as much out of the workout as I did today. Soreness right now is at a minimum... we'll see by Tuesday. I have a new respect for the stair master, and tried a few new exercises I wasn't familiar with. Tuesday I'm planning to run 3 miles and set up a circuit of 4 exercises and one of 3.
Checked out the gloves that were purchased and have mixed feelings about them. I believe they are great gloves, but until we put them to the test, not sure how they'll hold up.

Found out theres apparently a debate on whether to use gloves or not, I personally think gloves would be a good idea.. even if we decide to ditch them later if we see we're having issues with them. We'll talk about what fingers and length to cut them if at all at some point.
I'm still kinda feeling that long sleeves might be a good idea if its dry fit so id like to touch on this subject again later on.
