Saturdays workout session

Saturdays workout was better than I thought it was going to be. With Dave at my side, we ran about 2.5 miles and had a hell of an upper body workout. I kinda figured we'd both be a bit lazy, but we tore it up! A lot of shoulders, a lot of chest, topped off with the cardio of it all.

The quest for 10% continues....
