Took your advice homie... GREAT workout. My chest is pumped up. My shoulders are worked pretty good. The run was more of a break in between the push ups and Lat pull downs... maybe next time ill try a half or full mile in the set. I also noticed i was doing like an 8. something pace with those 1/4 mile runs. Or maybe instead of adding distance which might actually be a good idea, maybe throw in some air squats, or reverse lunges... give the legs a bit more of a workout.
My goal is to hit it up on Thursday...
