Stardate 2011....

Stuck to my word and made it out to the gym tonight. Had an alright workout... Choose to run 1.5 so that I could work out on my legs a bit. Only did a circuit of 3 twice and touched on abs, so not up to par with a true workout, but it felt good. Hit up standing back rows, backward lunges with bicep curls and military press, and kettle bell swings. Finished it up with 3 sets of 30 crunches. Had a few people come into the gym, and felt like i was running out of space quick... that and my body was looking for an excuse to end it. I am planning on going back on Thursday, running a bit longer, and working at least 2 circuits not counting abs, but we'll see. Next group workout wont be till probably the 20th, gotta run it by Pomps and see if we can get together.

BTW... big props to Pomps for joining Crossfit. I think its going to be the best training hes gonna get for this event. I'm just hoping I'll be able to pick up from the techniques and exercises hes going to learn.
