Well, was supposed to go last night, but had a hectic day, so missed out. But i was determined on going tonight. KICKED MY ASS!. Very similar to last Tuesdays workout, ran a mile, maxed on push ups, ran another mile, maxed on pull ups, this time ran a third mile, and maxed on sit ups, and finished up with another mile. Ive gotta say, I died after my second mile, which isn't good, but after the sit ups, i was completely drained. Not my best performance, but was glad i was out there pushing my body.
Since I missed my Tuesday workout, I'm going to try to make it out again tomorrow night, focusing more on upper body. Figure ill do a short run, then hit up the circuits. Glad everyone is contributing to the blog now. I'd definitely like to try the water workout, and glad Dave is hitting up the treadmill. And with Pompa back at work, cant wait till we have another team workout. I'm heading down Friday night after work, Pomps... you down for a Saturday workout?
