Figure I would post something since it has been silent in here. Started this week yesterday with a light treadmill session in the morning and a leg workout at night. Will be hitting gym tonight as usual. Really have to focus on the running!
I got a 4 mile run in with Jared on Sunday night. It was my first real exercise in two weeks as work had been kicking my butt. I hit up CrossFit on Monday and going again tonight. Trying to get back on track.
The last two weeks have gone to shit for me. I'm definately focus for the final 4-5 weeks before the event. Im coming down this coming weekend, then not again till next month 11/11 or so for an early thanksgiving. Hopeing to have at least 1 8-10 mile run in and focus a bit more on my upper body.
