That's right, I'm admitting that I wasn't continuing the strength training as well as I should have (and my body is laughing at me for it now). Other than a few pushups here and there, I did do any serious training. So today, I did a welcome back circuit that consisted of the following ... going from one station to the next.
Circuit
1. 10 push ups
2. 10 pull ups (letting my feet touch at the bottom, but not resting)
3. 10 hanging knee raises
I wasn't able to complete the push ups on the last set (had to do the last couple from my knees) but I finished. So here's a new (and longer) training period for our Tough Mudder.
