Moving Forward

In response to DC, I am posting where I am ... Coral Gables. As for my workouts, hit a little hiccup this weekend when I came down with a cold, but feeling better now so I've started resuming my strength training. Strength training generally consists of more upper body workouts (chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and core). Strength training occurs about 3-4 times a week and then I also do cardio another 3-4 times a week (generally 2-4 mile runs).

I'm thinking we need to find a weekend coming up for everyone to get together and just do a short run (like 4-5 miles) at a really slow pace to introduce the new members. Anyone else down?
