Update...

I gotta say, i dont really like this new format, but oh well.  Im here homie... ran my first 5 mile run this past wednesday, and for to days later, im actually feeling alright... great thing is no pain.  Been pretty good the past two weeks with different types of cardio.  Running, insanity workout, marine drills and such.  This weekend I'll try to get another decent run in, nothing too big, but at least 3, and keep building from that.  Definately gotta work on mid section more, but upper body, cardio, and distance training are good in my opinion.  How is everyone else doing?
