Introduction and progress

For those who do not know me, I am a friend of Denny's and now the Davids's, via Denny.
I heard of this event through Denny and thought it was a great way to get motivated to get back into shape. It also reminded me of my Marine Corps days, oh so long ago it was. I have lost 35 lob or so in the last 6 months and have started running regularly with Denny. Making progress, which is tough, is always good. I also just completed my 2nd week of Insanity, minus Saturday, prepping for his run and being lazy. Let me tell you. that is a killer cardio and strength workout.


Here is the run progress I have made, since I started tracking with my Garmin 405 GPS Watch: Denny was with me on all of these, except those labeled as in Miramar, as I was there on business for the company we work for.
