Well, I have made the commitment to stop being lazy and get back into the groove. I've gone out on a 3 mile run (ave. 9 min/mile pace) and a 25 mile bike ride in the last week. Need to get back on the pull ups, push ups and sit ups though. Hoping to average 2-3 runs per week, 1-2 bike rides, and a couple of 3-4 softball games to get my cardio.
Do we have any plans for when we'll do another group run/outing?
Ive gotta see when ill be back in MIA... figure either end of this month or sometime in the next. Also depends on when Pomps is gonna be down here again. For the past 2 weeks or so, ive been getting a decent cardio in with 2-3 3 mile runs a week. Jeremys gonna start the insanity workout this week. might jump on a or two a week with him. Hows everyone elses workout going?
