So now that I finally have some semblance of a life routine (although I can already see it being disturbed again shortly) I decided to rejoin CrossFit. Yesterday was my first workout, which included 800m run, 40 medicine ball throws, some rope climbing (although moreso for technique), and then 10 rounds of the following:
5 front squats
20 double unders
Legs are feeling it today, but I'm out of shape and needed the kick in the ass. Running tonight!
