Core Workout followed by:
AMRAP (as many ROUNDS as possible) within 14 minutes each round consisting of:
- 3 box jumps (I had to do step-ups because the ankle is still delicate)
- 6 renegade rows (pushup holding dumbbells, followed by single arm row, followed by another pushup, followed by a single arm row with the other arm, all in a solid plank position)
- 9 ring dips
- 400 meter run
I was able to do 3 rounds of this in pretty much exactly 14 minutes.
Took a day off today, but picking it up again tomorrow morning.
