Pompa - Workout Log - 01.21.13

Hell on earth this workout.  I will post what we were SUPPOSED TO do and then what I actually did.

1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run

What I did:

1 mile run
Approximately 60 pulls-ups (it was all a blur, so I don't know exactly)
120 push-ups
240 air-squats
1 mile run

It's two days later and I still have trouble standing up at the office.  My thighs feel like they have been repeatedly kicked.

I'm up in NYC this week, so probably won't get a workout in until Friday.  Keep you posted.

Team run this Saturday for whoever wants to join.  7am at my place for a 4 mile run followed by 9am free CrossFit class at my gym.  Alll mudders, in-training and otherwise are welcome.
