Obstacle of the Week - EVEREST!

I thought I'd take a few minutes over the next four weeks and post a featured obstacle video for you all to enjoy.  I'll stick to the official tough mudder videos, but I'm sure you guys can find plenty of interesting youtube links to share.

This week's obstacle...Everest.  Great advice here so make sure you check it out.

I think my most sound piece of advice is to attack it!  Run at that thing like you're a linebacker coming in for a huge hit.  If you run scared, you'll fail.  If you attack, you'll significantly improve your odds of making it up without faceplanting on the half pipe.  That and the requisite perfectly timed jump.

  1. pompa is right... run at it full speed. the key is to time the jump up at the highest point of the incline before you slip.

  3. On my first attempt I ate the wall and my reward was a full on cramp in my calf.
