Denny sets the bar at 3.14

Ok so you just squeaked by bro.  I'm gonna try and get myself as close to 4 as possible tomorrow and then what?!

Seriously, nice run.

I just did my 50 push-ups for missing a post yesterday, so I'm caught up.  Plan this weekend is a run today and a run tomorrow with CrossFit Monday morning.  Let's see how that goes.

I might post again tonight if I get out for a run, if not tomorrow most def.
