We still have plenty to discuss regarding logistics, but I took a preliminary look at the website and didn't see many hotel options nearby. It seems as if the TM administrators have identified this issue and have compiled a list of nearby hotels with discounted rates. I have not looked to see how close or far these are from the location but posting here so we are all on the same page:
