Quick work out today and last thursday (2/13)

Been nursing a right forearm strain but here is a quick workout I did today and Thursday 2/13.

Saturday 2/15/2014
Bench Press
2 x 10 reps, 95 lbs
5 x 5 reps, 135 lbs

Ring pull-ups
3 x 5 reps

Kettle-bell swings
3 x 10 reps, 35 lbs

Thursday 2/13/2014
Bench Press
2 x 10 reps, 95 lbs
5 x 5 reps, 135 lbs

Fat bar pull-ups
5 x 5 reps

Ring push ups
3 x 10 reps

Back Squats
2 x 10 reps, 95 lbs
5 x 5 reps, 135 lbs
