I just started working out at work during lunch this week. I did a half mile run to warm up on Wednesday followed by chest and tricep workout. Now today Friday I did a half mile run followed by back and biceps. Will throw down a distance run this weekend too.
What are YOU doing?
Good man... don't forget to add some distance in your runs. if you can maybe the weekends? T-time is coming up quick... gotta get those miles up.
