Okay so while I haven't been running very much lately I have been working out. I did legs and shoulders on Monday and pushed myself to the point where I puked my protein shake afterwards.
I'm doing chest and triceps today, so I'll makeup my damn 100 push-ups today. I also start with a half mile run for 5 mins.
I plan to throw down a distance run on the weekend, but it'll be my first real run so not sure how long it'll be. I'm gonna step up my run game next month, while focusing on lifting this month.

Glad your workin it homie. Only thing id suggest is at this point, were mid feb, and we've got aprox 2 months before the big day. see how you feel this weekend with your run, and be honest with yourself when it comes to assessing your cardio and how far you can go. personally, distance is a bit harder than the obstacles themselves. Only one that really had me working was the fireman carry. aside from that, making sure you can pull yourself up on walls, and monkey bars, and the rest isn't that bad. I'd say work focus on you distance running over the gym workout.
ReplyDeletelet us know how the run goes this weekend.
