WOD 7/14

Tired... I thought this was supposed to get easier!


5k in 34 mins.  It was hot as fuk!  Dying out there
Pull ups - 6/6
Push ups - 20/10


Abs:
65 sit ups
85 crunches
42 leg lifts
55 second plank




Probably wont be able to make it down south till sometime mid next month.  Any ideas on a group meet?

-Edit... did not do the Ab workout today... the heat drained me.  I'll hit it up tomorrow.
