WOD 7/5

My workout:


2 mile run
2 sets of pull ups 5 reps each
2 sets of push ups (20:10)
35 sit ups
12 crunches
12 leg lifts
20 second plank


Felt good having completed a full week (3 day workout).  Had to run in the rain today after dinner, two things that normally would've kept me from going, but still manage to get out there.


Tired as fuk.

  1. awesome. i also WODed on Saturday morning with Brian, as follows:

    6 rounds, 4 minutes per round

    1 min rows
    1 min burpees
    1 min double-unders (jump rope)
    1 min rest
