My WOD:
2 mile run
3 sets of pull ups (6;5;3)
3 sets of push ups (22;10;6)
40 sit ups
20 crunches
20 leg lifts
30 second plank
Mui and I are doing a 30 day ab challenge. Ab challenge
I invite you guys do to it too... I started on day 5, so technically I'm not doing the full 30 days, but I just finished with day 7 and I'm dying. I plan on doing it again next month.
Let me know what you think.

Are you doing that all without rest? If not, then can you post your rest time too? Just generally. Or maybe post how long the whole workout took.
ReplyDeleteNice work bro. Getting it done.
I typically drive to the park to run, then drive back to my complex for the workout. so between running and the push up/pull ups, its like 5-10 mins. When I'm doing the push ups/pull ups, I'll hit a set of pull ups, then take 5-10 seconds and hit up the pushups. Wait another 45-60 seconds before I start with the pull ups again, then back to push ups. Repeating this cycle 3 times. After im done with that, I drive home, that's another 5 mins or so, and hit up the ab routine. For the first two days, I would just push through the sit ups as one set, rest 20-30 seconds and go into crunches, rest 20-30 seconds, go into leg lifts, then immediately go into plank position for whatever duration. I found that yesterday, I had to break up the sit ups as I was cramping up after about 20-25, so I would rest 30 seconds or so, and try to continue. After the sit ups, I was able to continue the ab routine with the same rest time as the days before. I'm pretty sure as the reps increase, my rest time will likely increase too.
