My workouts have been slacking as of late, but I am still trying to hold onto some sort of training per week. Was able to get out on Thursday and have at least one run before this morning. Only ran about 2 miles before i starting to feel my quads ache. Had a decent run with between 31 and 32 mins for the course. Not bad, but could always be better. Hoping to pick it up this week, and join the team on the 20th for a team training. Only time will tell....
