Manage to get out there and workout some. Didn't do circuits, but tried to at least work on super sets. Worked two exercises of chest 3 sets each, did lat pull downs and reclined pull downs 3 sets each, two bicep exercises 3 sets each, and finished it off with 120 crunches. Not your typical training session, but felt like touching one a few muscle groups, without the stress of the circuit. More than likely, wont get another session in till Sat were we'll have our first full team workout session... cant wait to get my ass handed to me. Should be fun!
