Feeling drained..

I've been doing my weight training the past two weeks. Though cardio and any other circuit type training has been out the window... I really feel it's this damn heat that has me ruin down. I did get a run in around my block yesterday morning. Boy my legs felt like lead! I really need to get in some of those crossfit exercises that Alex posted, and some sort of energy booster!
