Finally made it out last night and man do I need a lot of work before D day. Ran a mile then dropped and maxed out on push ups. Ran half mile then maxed out on pull ups. Ran another mile, again maxed out on push ups. Then finished off the last half mile to make it back to the car. In all honesty, I was supposed to hit up some abs afterwards, but by the time i got back to my car, it was over... I'm hoping HOPING I hit it up on Thursday.
