Just got back from tonight's workout. Thought I was gonna hurt more than I actually did. Took it easy and ran 1.75 miles on the treadmill. Then hit bi-ceps and standing back rows/lower back. Happy I went out there tonight. Its definitely got to continue. My next workout day should be Tuesday of next week... well see if i end up doing something this weekend though.
