Little run....

Just got back from my run... Hit up 5 miles and had about an 11 min pace. Pretty much what i used to run but man am I feeling it. Got back and my legs are already burning. Figure tomorrow and Wednesday are going to be fun. I'm hoping to workout either Tuesday or Wednesday, but def wanna get another run on Thursday. We'll see though.. as I've been working out about once a week... definitely a no no. Now's the time to turn it up.

  1. update - the side of my left knee was acting up today. Started reading up on common knee pain and it might be a tendon extending down from my pelvis. I'll know better when i run on Thursday.
