Had a nice run today with Jazz. We went out by Ft. Lauderdale beach starting before the draw bridge. I must say she has an awesome pace! Needless to say I was left behind lol. Now on to the more pressing issue.....Frank! While we were running this man was sleeping! Alex, Denny you guys really need to get on him lol! I must say this is quite shameful.... :-\
Yes, so I hear. I'm trying to work on him and in turn work on myself as well. I have been sporadic but still trying. We NEED to get Frankie into workout mode. More to come...
