10.17.12 Workout - A. Pompa

Ran 3 miles this morning at about a 10 minute per mile pace.  Woke up late, so I couldn't run the 5 miles I wanted, but got 3 in nonetheless.  My groin started acting up almost immediately, so I had to stop and do some warm up exercises and stretches.  Pain subsided and I continued my run with no issues.
