Quick post: I hit the pool again tonight and just got back. Did 10 laps in 15 minutes, including rest time, which I would guess trumps my previous 12 laps in 25 minutes. In part, I think I was swimming with stronger leg kicks and it showed big time.
Next time I will rock it harder, although I'm shocked to be this exhausted, cardio-wise, in only that short amount of time. I'm also still pretty sore from last night's workout. Lastly I think ear plugs are crucial if I'm going to continue swimming.
Still avoiding the dreaded short distance run. My ankle says, "not yet". In part I think I'm just pussying out.
Still fat as hell though. Hoping to be at 180 lbs by my birthday. Let's see!
