Core workout as follows:
- 20 seconds of butterfly sit-ups followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- 20 seconds of supermans followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- 20 seconds of lower ab crunches followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- 20 seconds of pivoting planks with 10 seconds of rest.
then 5 Rounds of the following circuit for time. Took me 17:50 to finish:
6 Power Snatches @ 95 lbs
10 Bottom-Out Pushups
14 Split Squat Jumps
200 Meter Run
