Pompa - Workout Log - 01.14.13

Did the following workout last night:

Core workout as follows:


  1. 20 seconds of butterfly sit-ups followed by 10 seconds of rest.
  2. 20 seconds of supermans followed by 10 seconds of rest.
  3. 20 seconds of lower ab crunches followed by 10 seconds of rest.
  4. 20 seconds of pivoting planks with 10 seconds of rest.
then 5 Rounds of the following circuit for time.  Took me 17:50 to finish:

6 Power Snatches @ 95 lbs
10 Bottom-Out Pushups
14 Split Squat Jumps
200 Meter Run
