Here's my update for the weekend:
Saturday I swam for about 25 minutes. My cardio from a swimming perspective is atrocious and I had to stop and start quite a bit. In total I swam about a third of a mile which I think was about 12 laps in my building pool. Felt like a strong workout, which I'm guessing it was. Still need to do it more to truly test myself in the water.
On Sunday I went for a 2.5 hour bike ride through the Gables/Grove/Key Biscayne. Total distance was about 14 miles.
