1 week into 2014, need to step it up...

Okay so I'm just gonna admit that my lazy ass needs to get in gear!  I ran 1.5 miles last week, with a few sets of monkey bars in the middle, and it felt great, even though I wasn't quite at 10 min miles.  BUT... I haven't done JACK SHIT since then...

I'm gonna run tomorrow at work for 25-30 mins, since my first run was only like 18 mins.  And I'll throw some pullups in too.  But I gotta get in at least 2-3 runs this week.

  1. Nice post homie. I kicked it up last week of December. So far been keeping it 3 times a week with a visit to Mui's last weekend for some strength training/plyometric workout. Last week of Jan, going back for session 2, and for Feb, Mui will be coming down here for some distance training. Any idea when a Miami Meetup will be on?
