yo just got back from my apt gym... did about half hour on the treadmill with varying inclines at about the same pace I run outside... after I almost died cause I was running up hill... I did three sets of front and back shoulders... I did 3 sets of triceps... and then I did three sets of chests... love u guys...
great job homie! I did some pushups yesterday after running, but that was about it.
