3-Week Check-In

Here's my latest weight progress.  I started at 194 lbs 3-weeks ago.  Here's an update weigh-in for you fools, 187lbs...

Goal is 175lbs, with obvious credence given to muscle gain and such...body fat is probably a better metric, but I haven't measured my body fat in a way that allows me to track progress.
