Fast approaching...

Ladies,


The 90 day mark is a mere 4 days away.  For those of you who aren't familiar, this is the 3 month mark where training is absolutely crucial as the event is just 3 months away.  I myself have been slacking for the past 3 weeks and I'm finding it hard to get back into the swing of things. 


Any ideas for a group/team meeting?  August is just about impossible for me, so September would possibly work.  If we have one early enough, perhaps having a second towards the end of September or beginning or October?  What do you guys think? 


Pompa!  Where are you bro?  Still in NY?  How's the training going?

From hero to zero in two weeks....

Well... I haven't don't shit in about 2 weeks.  Decided to take a break last week in my training with the plan of hitting hard this week.  Lo and behold, my wife has an emergency Appendectomy.  Not blaming her, but I've been taking care of her and my daughter and have had zero time for training.  By next week, I should be able to start it back up again.

Pompa's WOD 7/15

Core workout: 4 rounds (I did 3)

12 v sit-ups
12 windshield wipers
12 hollow sit-ups with a 15 lb plate


After four rounds do 75 mountain climbers

WOD: 7 rounds (I did 6 rounds)

4 Hang push cleans (started at 95lbs for two rounds then went to 115lbs for two rounds then back to 95lbs)

8 box jumps at 30"

12 Aussie ring pull-ups

Tired... I thought this was supposed to get easier!


5k in 34 mins.  It was hot as fuk!  Dying out there
Pull ups - 6/6
Push ups - 20/10


Abs:
65 sit ups
85 crunches
42 leg lifts
55 second plank




Probably wont be able to make it down south till sometime mid next month.  Any ideas on a group meet?

WOD 7/12

I slacked off these last two days.  Was supposed to do my ab workout yesterday, but didnt and decided to do it today. 


Today, ran 4 miles in under 44mins, with a bridge run included, but didn't do my pushup/pull up workout.  It is hot as balls!  I can only imagine how hot it is down there as its generally 10 degrees cooler up here.


so:


4 miles - 43mins and change
Ab workout:
55 situps
65 crunches
33 leg lifts
42 second plank
